Molay reported that Citrix has made available a public API for developers; his personal take was that this feature is incredibly useful for companies, and he pointed out that WebEx and Adobe Connect have released API calls as well.

Lawrence interviewed Ashley Hodge, a financial planner, who extolled the benefits of GoToMeeting. Hodge said she uses GoToMeeting not only to meet with out-of-town clients but also with local clients who can only meet in the late afternoon or evening. She said that GoToMeeting has enabled her to run her office from home and be with her two young children.
